Cameroon: Delegate to Douala city council said to be to stealing money

Edwin Sutherland said criminals act in groups, with a lot of solidarity.

This is exactly what Fritz Ntone Ntone is doing.

He is reportedly assisting Soppo Ngalle to rob poor Cameroonians of much money.

Soppo Ngalle is the owner of the fictive SICC company which did away with  about FCFA 3billion from 180 families in a housing project which was never accomplished in Cameroon.

After disappearing with the money, Soppo Ngalle reportedly sold the contract to the government.

The matter was taken to the judicial police and Soppo Ngalle was interrogated for seven hours.

She would be in jail  if some strong individuals behind the mafia didn't step in.

The poor families have not received reparations yet.

Now she has been awarded another, yet mightier, contract to construct 140 shops at Marche Congo in Douala.

The documents of the contract are talking of an American company.

Actually SICC doesn't exist anywhere in the world.

Soppo Ngalle is even wanted in the U.S. following a lawsuit filed against her.

Her American partner Tim Truax who had collaborated with her in the 180-family-housing affair had fled to Togo.

So why is Ntone Ntone hiding behind SICC to steal money?
