The Biya administration has claimed that Southern Cameroons is not militarised.
State broadcaster CRTV reported on Monday that local administrators had declared there was no militarisation of their land, adding that life was going on smoothly.
This comes at a time when some observers believe that armed men outnumber civilians in Southern Cameroons.
