Two of Dangote's trucks caught transporting weed in Kousserie Cameroon.

Today ,14th February 2019 at about 5am,two of Dangote's trucks caught the attention of customs officers at Dabanga village in situated at Logone and Chari Division in the Extreme North Region of Cameroon.

The two trucks which are matriculated LT  TR 407 and LT TR 973 were heading to Kousserie . Custom Officers during their search found out that there were transporting weed. Drug consumption or trafficking is prohibited, bound with law no.97/019 of the Cameroon penal code issued on October 7th 1997, it goes with a prison term of about 20 years and a fine of about 126,000000 million cfa.

Statistics have proven that more than 12000 youths between the ages 13 to15 consumes has also been noted that this drug is consumed more than tramol.

To fight against this drug in the midst of youths,the President urges for the creation of a ministerial commission that will fight against drug trafficking and consumption.

During his speech addressing youths on the 10th of February ahead of the 53rd edition of the youth day,the president asked youths to abstain from drugs that might lead them to become nuisance to the society e.g weed and alcohol.He Promise to engage a security unit that will fight against this crime.
