The Cameroonian basketball squad have lost their first match against Tunisia 68-51, after dominating the game especially during the first quarter. This spirit boosted the morale of the co-hosts who took over immense control towards the end of the game.

Cameroon led in the first quarter 20-12, then Tunisia dominated the rest of the three quarters: second 16-11, third 13-10 and fourth quarter 27-10, giving a total of 68-51 in favour of Tunisia.

After today's match, the lions will face Guinea who lost to Rwanda 55-75, tomorrow at 1pm

Rwanda leads group C, followed by Tunisia, Cameroon and Guinea.
