ANAFOOT-Enow Ngachu: "Training of Kids will be free but they will pay for equipment"

During an ANAFOOT  conference, at the Ahmadou Ahidjo stadium, which took place on 20 December, for the adoption of the academy's budget,  Director General, Enow Ngachu, said training of kids will be free but they will have to pay for the training kits.

He said the amount will range from 40, 000 Fcfa to 100, 000 Fcfa.


The selection of the kids already started "at the Regional level, work already started since 18 December 2017. In February 2018, we will send experts to select 50 children per Region. In September, we shall take the best that will form the first 50 youngsters admitted at the National stage" Enow Ngachu said.

When asked to comment on the budget they had to adopt, the DG said, they cannot tell at the moment, the exact figures. He said what is certain is, the budget has been validated,  and will be forwarded to the Ministry of Finance.
