Biya tries again to lobby Macron for a meeting

Cameroon's dictator Mr Paul Biya intends to strengthen the longstanding colonial relationship between his country and France. This time around through a congratulatory letter to newly elected French president, Emmanuel Macron on the occasion of the celebration of their National day on 14 July 2017.

This comes after rumours had had it that, preparations for an eventual reception of Paul Biya at the Elysee palace in France were already initiated.

He took his time in the telegraph, making sure he chose the right convincing words "I am immensely honoured to extend my warmest congratulations to you on this day of the celebration of your National day, 14 July 2017. I equally wish you prosperity and success in all of your endeavours.

Let me take this as an opportunity to reiterate my ever availability to you in any instance which will strengthen ties between our two Nations" the gangster leader beckons.

The French president since his ascension to power, has met with several African Heads of States among which are, Alassane Ouattara of the Ivory Coast and Macky Sall of Senegal.
