The Secretary General of the United Nations Organisation (UNO), will meet with Mr Paul Biya this evening.
The meeting between the two leaders will center on the ongoing crisis in the English speaking Regions of Cameroon, the influx of Central African Republic refugees into Cameroon, the suicide attacks of the boko haram and the Lake Chad basin.
Antonio Guterres will be coming to Cameroon after his visit to neighbouring Central African Republic ends.
Since the beginning of the Anglophone crisis, the UN has been calling for dialogue, which has not yet proven to be forthcoming. The four hour meeting of today is expected by many Southern Cameroonians to feature relevant discussions particularly about their demands for independence.
