Cameroon: UDC MP killed in traffic accident

The UDC parliamentarians have been reduced in Number after the sudden death of one of them at the now famous Ebebda bridge, in the Centre Region. Mrs. Samba Mariama died on the 14th of February 2018 on her way to Yaoundé.

She got elected as a parliamentarian in the Noun constituency during the 2013 legislative election. Samba Mariama died a few months before the end of her mandate. Her alternate Member will continue to play her role as parliamentarian until her mandate expires. The Parliamentary session has been scheduled for next month.

Beside her demise, Martin Oyona, is seriously sick and has been evacuated for medical attention. Last year witnessed the passing away of three Parliamentarians namely Joseph Mboui, Madjele and Lisinge Ekeke Arthur, all CPDM( Cameroon Peoples Democratic Movement) parliamentarians.
