Anglophone struggle: Six suspected to have links with gendarme killings arrested in North West

Six suspected murderers have been arrested by the 'forces of law and order' in Donga-Mantung division of the North West region.

According to the Minister of Communication, the six men were on their way to a neighbouring nation when they were arrested.

Issa Tchiroma, speaking to CRTV on Saturday, alleged that the suspects have pleaded guilty of perpetrating the Jakiri attack which left one gendarme officer dead on November 6.

Mr Tchiroma added that the suspects were caught with ammunition.

It's not yet clear if the suspects have actually made such confessions.
Under what conditions  did they make such 'declarations'?
