Cameroon-Info.Net reports, citing Kalara newspaper, that the two suspects stood in the docks for another hearing on 24 May.
The  the paper reports that the victim ,identified as Junior, reportedly left the home to empty their dustbin with a wheelbarrow on the night of February 8 breaking 9, 2016. After misplacing the wheelbarrow, the boy took refuge in the depot of a transport agency in Biyemassi in Yaoundé for fear of being punished.
At 11:30 P.M or so, he was spotted by the two men who made him steal some items and money from the agency's warehouse.
Later on the two men went up to the guardian of the little boy and demanded FCFA150000. Unfortunately, the poor lady could only afford FCFA 70000. The dissatisfied men went away and fell on the boy till 5 a.m when the cry of the little creature alarmed passers-by and neighbours.
"It's the older man who took off my pants and ordered me to go down on my knees. They brutalised and raped me before a pile of drinks," the boy disclosed.
The two suspects have pleaded not guilty.
But the judge is likely to hold them responsible based on the depth of the plaintiff's complaints.
In the meantime, pundits are wondering why a case of that nature would take so long to receive the final verdict.
