ELECAM, the body responsible for the organization, supervision of elections and referendums in Cameroon has revealed that over 6 million voters have been registered throughout the country.
The milestone of 6 million Cameroonians on the voters list was reached during the first four months of the year. The six millionth registered citizen was recorded in Bakassi in the SouthWest region of the country.
