Cameroon: Huge fire at the 1st Sector of the Joint Multinational Force in Mora
A huge fire engulfed the building hosting the Joint Multinational Force at Mora in the Far North region of Cameroon late yesterday. Cameroon Concord Intelligence Unit revealed that the fire destroyed large stocks of weapons. Cameroon government sources say no military personnel was killed by the incident.
We gathered that the fire greatly affected the 1st sector of the camp. The Joint Multinational Force was created to combat the Nigerian Islamic sect, Boko Haram and has ever since being suffering from lack of financial resources. The CPDM has refused to open up any criminal investigation.
