The remains of of late Prof. Agbor Tabi arrived Monday in Yaounde, and was received  by Ferdinand Ngoh Ngoh, representative of head of state.

Yaoundé Nsimalen International Airport Monday night. at exactly 8:55 pm, the coffin of the late minister was ushered  by eight police officers in ceremonial dress into the  room designed for the occasion.
Present at the occasion was , Ferdinand Ngoh Ngoh, Minister, Secretary General of the Presidency of the Republic in his capacity as Personal Representative of the Head of State. Many members of the government , alongside academic colleagues of the deceased,  Circle of Friends of Cameroon (CAREC), members of  family and many other personalities.
There was a short funeral at the airport and words of comfort to the bereaved family from the representative of the Head of State before the remains were transferred to the mortuary of the General hospital of Yaounde.

The state funeral in honor of Professor. Peter Agbor Tabi, Minister, Deputy Secretary General of the Presidency of the Republic, former chancellor of the University of Yaoundé.

   11:AM - Removal of copse from the mortuary of the of the General Hospital of Yaounde;

   Transfer of the remains to the premises of the University of Yaounde I;

    12 : 30 PM - Academic Honors at the University of Yaounde I;

    3:PM - Transfer of the remains to the deceased's residence in the Biteng neighborhood.

    6:PM - Start of the vigil at his residence in Biteng.

    Midnight - Departure of funeral procession for Mamfe, Manyu  department, South-West region.

     10:AM - Arrival of the funeral procession in Mamfe

    Installation of the remains at the deceased's residence

    6:PM- Start of the vigil until dawn, led by choirs.

Saturday, June 4, 2016

    7:AM - Gathering of local population ;

    8:AM 00-9: 30 PM- Arrival and personalities instead of parties;

    9:40 AM - Arrival of Minister, Secretary General of the Presidency of the Republic, personal representative of the Head of State;

    Home by the administrative authorities and the representative of the deceased's family,

    military honors.

    Installation.

10:AM- Start of ceremony;

    Ecumenical worship;

    Testimonials.

    Transfer of the remains to the family vault at Ndekwai

    Interment in the strictest privacy.

1:PM - the end of the ceremony.
