The Prime Minister Philemon Yang was maintained. The following ministers were dropped from their ministerial portfolio: Minister Mebo Ngo'o of transport, Atangana Kouna of water and energy and the emblematic Director of the Civil Cabinet, Belinga Eboutou. Ministers that have had their ministerial portfolio swapped are as follows:
Atanga Nji Paul moved from the Minister Delegate at the Presidency in charge of special duties to the Ministry of Territorial Administration.
The Minister of Planning and Regional Development Louis Paul Motaze moved to the the Ministry of Finance.
Alamine ousmane Mey moved from the ministry of finance to the ministry of Economic Planning and Regional Development.
Minister Ngalle Bibehe Jean Ernest moved from the Ministry of Secondary Education to the ministry of Transport.  
Minister Emmanuel René Sadi moved from the emblematic ministry of Territorial Administration and Decentralization moved to the Presidency of the Republic as Minister Delegate in charge of special duties at the Presidency.
The new ministers are as follows: The Minister of Forestry, wild life and environmental protection Jules Doret Ndongo replacing Philip Ngole Ngwese.
Michel Ange Angouing former minister Of Public Service replaced by Joseph Le.
The Minister Delegate at the Ministry of Economic planning Tasong Njuakang replaces Paul Elong.
Minister of Special duties at the Presidency Emmanuel René Sadi replacing Dion Gute Joseph.
Minister Delegate at the Ministry of Finance, Yaouba Abdoulaye.
Minister Delegate at the Ministry of External Relations, Mbayu Felix.
Secretary of State at the Ministry of Public Works, Djoddo Armand.
Minister of Secondary Education Professor Pauline Nalova Lyonga Egbe.
Minister in charge of Decentralization and local Development, Elanga Obam Georges.
Minister of Water and Energy, Eloundou Essomba Gaston.
Secretary Of State at the Ministry of Defence in charge of the Gendarmerie Etoga Gallas Yves Landry replacing Jean Baptist Bokam.
The Director in charge of the Civil Cabinet Mvondo Ayolo replacing Martin Belinga Eboutou, who shall be assisted by Oswald Babooke, a close collaborator of Chantal Biya.
Elung Paul Che appointed Assistant Secretary General at the Presidency.
