AFCON 2017: Cameroon's Bassogog wins best player of the tournament and Moukandjo best player of the finals

Cameroon's Christian Bassogog and Benjamin Moukandjo were nominated respectively as best players of the tournament and best player of the finals of the AFCON 2017 championship in Gabon

The two indomitable lions received their recognition at the end of the finals, where they dominated Egypt 2-1, thus winning their 5th trophy, 15 years after that of 2002. 

The Indomitable Lions, whose return is scheduled for today Monday, February 6th in Cameroon, successively won the trophies of 1984 (Côte d'Ivoire), 1988 (Morocco), 2000 (Nigeria and Ghana), 2002 (Mali, and 2017 (Gabon).

After their return, this Monday, the indomitable lions, will be  received in honors of the Cameroonians East of the Mungo. They will be received by President Paul Biya at the his Etoudi Palace later in the day.
