Cameroon: Hugo Broos' 23-man squad starts training

The final 23 players of the  Team A of the Indomitable Lions have started training against upcoming matches.

The training session began on Monday 29 May 2017 in Yaoundé.

The lucky 23 were confirmed at the weekend by Fecafoot(Cameroon football federation).

Hugo Broos has renewed his confidence in some 17  players of the team  which accompanied him to victory in Gabon. Six new faces also feature among the 23.

Hugo Broos however previously dropped some of his boys, including N'jie Clinton and Eric- Maxim Choupo-Moting.

The lions are preparing to take on Morocco on June 10 in the context of the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations in Cameroon. An international friendly match against Colombia is also on the agenda alongside  the Confederations Cup in Russia later this month.

In the meantime, seven other players are on the waiting list.
