Unveiling Tomorrow's Cameroon Through Today's News

Breaking

Football world governing body FIFA has published the final list of 23 Cameroon players to participate in upcoming matches, especially the Confederations Cup in Russia which begins on June 17.
The list contains the names published by Hugo Broos last month. Seventeen players of the team that won the Africa Cup of Nations in Gabon have been retained. Assistant goalkeeper alongside another teammate has been selected in spite of their reluctance to follow Broos to Gabon recently.
Njie Clinton has not been called back notwithstanding his respect for Broos' call for the Gabon show. Hugo Broos during a recent media outing  urged Clinton to do "more".
Eric Maxim Choupo- Moting has also been dropped even though he had come back to the squad after his refusal to go to Gabon.
Cameroon play against Morocco on June 10. Three days later, they will face Colombia in an international friendly match, before clashing with Chile on the 18th of June in Russia during the Confederations Cup.
Cameroon will host the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations.
