US National Basketball Association (NBA) organizes Junior League in Cameroon

The National Basketball Association (NBA) is organizing a Junior League in Cameroon, in partnership with the U.S Embassy Yaounde, Sports United, and with the collaboration of the Cameroonian Basketball Federation (FECABASKET).
The 6 weeks camp that will run from July 22 to September 7, 2016, will attract 450 kids from around Cameroon, residing in Yaounde during the period of the camp.

In addition to learning and playing basketball, Cameroonian children will learn life skills such as conflict management, goal setting, team work, peace building, and effective communication.
