Biya appoints his men to oversee the International War College
President Biya has signed two decrees today in Yaounde. The first decree of the head of state and army chief, appointed current minister delegate at the presidency of the republic in charge of defense, Joseph Beti Assomo as Chairman of the Board of administrators of the International War College located in Awae, a small town in the Centre region.
The second decree of the President of the Republic signed this Tuesday, October 27, 2015, also appointed the Minister of External Relations, Lejeune Mbella Mbella, as a member of the administrative Board of the War College. Our senior political commentator observed immediately after the decision was made public that the 82 years old dictator was reacting to a recent visit by French Brigadier General Vincent Guionie to the college.
