Fecafoot Boss Samuel Eto’o has been declared as the biological father of a 22-year-old woman in Madrid Spain according to Spanish media.
The former striker has never acknowledged that he was the father of Erika Do Rosario Nieves and he did not attend the court proceedings in Madrid.
Court number 83 in Madrid reached the verdict on Thursday to conclude a legal process that was commenced by the woman’s mother in 2018.
The young woman’s mother Adileusa is said to have met Eto’o at a nightclub in Madrid in 1997 – when the Cameroonian was playing for Leganes, who were based near the Spanish capital.
Eto’o spent the 1997/98 season on loan at Leganes from Real Madrid – netting four goals in 30 appearances – before briefly breaking into the first-team squad of Los Blancos.

I just read the Press Release of the resolutions adopted at the Ordinary Session of the Executive Committee held in Limbe on 16th February 2022 at Marcsons Hotel Fecafoot.While acknowledging the fact it was a good initiative to hold the meeting in Limbe, I noticed that of ALL the members confirmed and approved for recruitment, Non is an ANGLOPHONE.These is clearly marginalization of Anglophones.The newly recruited persons include;• Mr. Benjamin Didier BANLOCK as Secretary General of FECAFOOT;• Mr. DJITTA as Interim Financial Administrative Director;• Mr. HAPPI SOHO FANGUEN Franck Hilaire as Director of FootballDevelopment of FECAFOOT;• Mr. DJOUNANG Blaise as Head of the Legal Affairs Department ofFECAFOOT;• Mr. LOE Camille Jean Luc as Director of Cabinet of the President ofFECAFOOT;• Mr. MABOANG KESSACK Emmanuel as Chargé de Mission of FECAFOOT.I hope that with the mandate given to the President of FECAFOOT to proceed with the recruitment of four (4) other executives within the Federation; he will appoint Anglophones.This is a A major set back for the Eto’o led Football Federation.We should not be blinded by “Etomania”. I am a fan of Eto but i will equally condemn any acts and omissions of marginalization and discrimination against Anglophones.Thanks
