It is high time for Cameroonians to start discussing Cameroon after Biya!! But CPDM politicians and the military leadership remain wary. After more than 30 years in power, Cameroon senior elites and highly placed civil servants including the clergy are all murmuring privately and some are suffering much more than others. The ease with which top government officials are interrogated and sent to jail is very very disturbing. Yet, as worried as the CPDM politicians are, they resist change.

The Biya regime is adjusting to its own failures!!! The signs are there for every Cameroonian to see. It is also a subject for debate. Interestingly, some senior CPDM political elites are still in the mindset of the 32 years of President Paul Biya in power!!!! We of Cameroon Concord think that such a mindset does not count. By arresting those who kept him in power for the last 32 years, Mr Biya himself has put into question those three glorious decades of his presidency.
