Makossa legend Joe Mboule passes away

Renowned Cameroonian artist Georges Ludovic Njoh Mboule, aka Joe Mboule has died today at the General Hospital in Douala. The author and songwriter has had serious health problems of late. 

He spent the last two months in Paris, France where he had a full medical examination. He was the King of Makossa between 1973 and 2013 with memorable titles such as "Mpuly nwa salamander", "Osi Linga", "Do Mbussa Wa" or "Malabar".
