Anglophone crisis: Another attack on 'security forces '
A police inspector is reported to have been stabbed to death in an attack allegedly carried out by Ambazonian separatists in Mbongue, South West region.
A gendarme officer is believed to have been wounded by the unidentified gunmen. The attack happened on Friday night, following the arrest of a presumed thief, reports say.
The attackers were armed with machetes, daggers... The men in uniform have been simply identified as Menye and Njialle.
At least 18 men in uniform have been officially declared murdered by Ambazonian separatists since October last year.
The figure could even be higher, given that some corpses have reportedly not been retrieved.
