Breaking News: Nso Warrior Wirba crosses the line Again! Storms Parliament
We are getting reports from the Ngoa Ekelle Glass house that, Hon Joseph Wirba is at the National Assembly after leaving the country following spate of arrest of Anglophones in January, In what his fans describe as the second crossing of the red line by the Nso Warrior.
The SDF Member of Parliament from the Jakiri Constituency in the North West is reported to have fled through Nigeria to the UK after news of his arrest reached him on time. Hon Wirba entered Parliament this morning singing, "WIRBA IS BACK" as he mounted the rostrum. But was asked to take his seat by long term House Speaker, Cavaye Yegue Djibril.
He is said to have brought to Cavaye's notice a request to be protected but that was never answered by the House speaker. Hon Wirba came to the spotlight and gained the admiration of a vast majority of Anglophones after he delivered a fire brand speech at the November session of Parliament. The famous liberation speech is said to have been a cracker in the Anglophone crisis which took a dramatic twist by December.
In the meantime, another SDF MP, Hon Fusi Namukong is reported to have denied the rostrum after the House Speaker called his "tughu" attire poor dressing. An uneasy calm presently reigns in Parliament.
