We are gradually moving towards the general paralysis of the military Court proceedings in Yaoundé This is because most of the illegally detained Anglophones have began asking so openly the reason d'être of their trials being conducted by military tribunals whereas there are competent civil courts to handle their cases These rising tensions have witnessed mutiny in the two principal prisons in YaOUNDE:

Writing from the point of view of an insider and understanding the hurdles faced by the trial of those arrested Anglophones. The agent attached to thus Directorate has come to understand that the Anglophones aren't terrorist and aren't to be likened to Boko Haram. Boko Haram insurgency has nothing in connection with the happenings in the English speaking regions of the Cameroon's.

Unfortunately unfortunate those illegally detained People of the English speaking Regions are chained like dogs and permanently tortured and deprived of their basic fundamental human rights. The paradox of this treatment is that the actual Boko Haram insurgents, arrested in the Northern Regions, aren't chained like those who aren't Boko Haram elements. 

Those of the Boko Haram insurgency are constantly unconditionally released and resettled in Maroua, Mora, Waza, Ramshidi etc by the same heinous regime that maltreats the Anglophone. Aren't these disparities speaking in volumes that the attack in the English speaking Regions isn't something planned today but a well planned and a meticulously executed genocide backed by France?

There is brewing discontentment in the main Prisons in Yaoundé and severally mutiny has taken place within. This is as a result of the continuum of abuse of basic human right of the illegally detained people,kidnapped from their homes in the North West and South West English speaking Regions. It's unheard of that cases suffer considerably a lot of hiccuping in these incompetent and at worst kangaroo of LA Republique Du Cameroun tagged military tribunals. What disturbs the malicious and vicious regime to bring in the many well qualified and competent Military Judges of English Language extraction to handle the cases.

What erroneously erroneous judgement to charge somebody as guilty as charged, just because they didn't respond to the charges? Tale guided court judgements can't be fair and transparent because most often, persons are accused for committing Y charges but are guilty of committing Z charges that weren't even in the list of charges. Barrister Ben Muna as led lawyer for the Mancho Bibixy case against the State of Cameroon and others Challenged the Magistrate to understand that every accuse has a right to refuse answering questions in Court on three grounds.

Incompetence of the court to handle the matter? Poor handling of the matter Continuous hiccuping of the matter. The frustration and resentment is highly visible in this politicked case. How can such trials be speedy when cases go to court at the discretion of the judges who order these illegally detained persons to be paraded before them just for fun?

Most of the illegally detained people have begun effective resistance to even come to court. A typical example is that of the spokes person, Ndangoh Patrick and others who were placed in a bunker at SED like Nche Conrad and others. How can these people be comfortable when those who torture them are in the hall? They have resolved permanently that they shall boycott the military tribunals for being incompetent to handle their cases.
