Unveiling Tomorrow's Cameroon Through Today's News

Breaking

The brain behind the proposed Common Law Lawyers’ Conclave in Mamfe, Barrister Abane Ntui, who is the Vice President of the outlawed Manyu Lawyers’ Association (MALA), has mysterious gone into oblivion.

News of the learned Barrister’s apparent missing days barely 48 hours to the September 23 rendezvous has stunned not only the lawyers but the population as in whole.

Barrister Abane Ntui, who was the host of the Common Law Lawyers conference, is reportedly out of reach.

A dependable source told this reporter that Ntui might have absconded due numerous threats on his life from unknown individuals.

The same source explained that at the moment, no one can trace the whereabouts of the MALA Vice President.

News of his absence collides with talks of a possible postponement of the lawyers confab.

Unconfirmed debates have surfaced linking a possible postponement of the meeting to a joint thanksgiving service which Barrister Felix NgonghoAgborBalla, Dr.FontemNeba and Paul Ayah are expected to have in Buea same Saturday.

Contrary to this, a handful of lawyers are pressing for the organisers of the meeting to issue an official announcement postponing the meeting if need be.
